Traditional funds ask investors for a blind commitment upfront. We do the opposite: we identify a single high-potential opportunity, evaluate and structure it with our own resources, and only then present a fully-formed deal to our co-investors.
We invest a significant amount in every deal we bring to the table, we charge no management fees, and we make money only when our co-investors do — on a successful exit.
