Our expertise is investing in mid-market companies — teaming up with founders or management teams, helping them transform their companies, and expediting their value creation journeys.
We invest across buyout and growth equity opportunities and take an active role at board level to support management teams in key strategic and operational decisions.
With our flexible approach, we can look at any investment opportunity as long as there is a value creation possibility. We plan to execute one or two investments per year, and we are interested in both majority and minority investments — as long as there is alignment with our partners and the investment meets our value creation focus.
